In the last couple of meetings, my advisors and I agreed to focus the scope of the project to not include any dietary analysis, and simply look at the impacts of vegetables and fruits. The reason being is the project does not include a full scope of all food categories, such as grains, dairy, or meat. It would not make much sense to analyze the a diet without doing so.
Right now I'm in the process of rewriting my manuscript to reflect this change. The hope is that this will help making the drafting of the result section less scattered where before I was trying to make sense of my results in the context of how it reflected the diet.
A lot of other minor details are being subtracted and added to the manuscript to help focus the message of the report. The image posted is a draft of a diagram explaining the TES-LCA model. This is necessary since there are so many steps involved, and additional assessments done after the fact.
