It has been such a great opportunity to come and work on research this summer in Barcelona. It still doesn't seem real that I am here or that my time here is almost over. The best part has been exploring all that the city has to offer and more.
This week we went back to Montjuïc to explore the gardens and watch the fountain show. The gardens are always nice and relaxing to walk through. The fountain show was the highlight of the night. The fountain was originally built in 1929 for the 2nd International Exhibition that Barcelona hosted. The show started at 9:30 and ended about an hour later. We stayed for the whole show since it only got better as the sky darkened. Check back for the video in my end of summer video.
